Meet Esther

My journey began with martial arts, which is what first led me to my passion for coaching, and I’ve been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach for 3 years now.

I’ve been weight training for 7 years, and have more recently started competing in CrossFit. I love nothing more than passing on my knowledge and coaching people towards their goals!
