Rhiannon
Instructor
I discovered my love for Pilates four years ago as a way to decompress and escape from everyday stress and anxieties. I soon found the benefits in my body not just mentally but physically too.
I have trained under Body Control Pilates which has given me a good foundation in understanding movement in different bodies and the importance of mobility and strength, especially in our modern lives and as we age.
When I'm not busy teaching, I love spending time with my cats, as well as baking and long walks.
