I started as a PT after finding a combination of training and yoga helped me control my fibromyalgia and scoliosis. I became obsessed with how the body moves and postural correction. I wanted to help as many people as possible and give hope to those dealing with these sorts of illnesses. I specialise solely in training women, developing my skills to become an all round wellness coach with a holistic approach to training. I want your sessions to carry on outside of the gym and make lasting changes to your life. We will work on building the figure you want, postural alignments (especially those brought on by a desk job), flexibility as well as mindfulness and mental strength.
My yoga style can be anything from a relaxing flow to really open up those tight muscles, or a fast flow to get a glow on, your choice. We can also get deeper into the mental part of you to help your life along the way, building confidence and dealing with stress. With me it’s body AND mind, always.
